Simultaneous conversion of website and online marketing without problems

Based on the open source CMS "ProcessWire", we designed the relaunch of five separate domains with management of these from one system. Individual rights management for each website in ProcessWire was a mandatory customer requirement.

In addition to the content conception and integration of the customer's offer pages, a blog and a glossary were also created. With a formulated and implemented content strategy, these reach several hundred thousand users per month - within the customer's target group. Some of these users are made aware of the tender information service via remarketing or SEO/SEA and later convert to ibau's tender pages. This top-of-the-funnel strategy in the area of content enables ibau to position itself early on with potential customers as a brand that offers strong advice.

Integration of tracking and various marketing tools

We also actively supported our client with the integration of providers such as Hubspot and Sendinblue. We also integrated and configured the Google Tag Manager and numerous tracking codes from other providers in the area of website user analysis. Of course, we were again commissioned in 2020 with the data protection-compliant adaptation with regard to the amended legislation in this area.

Connection of the in-house product database

In particular, the connection of the in-house product database in cooperation with the customer's IT department turned out to be a "project within a project". This task was also routinely managed and successfully completed by us. Today, the system we created processes several hundred complex data records per day and prepares them for output.

The scope of the collaboration with ibau ranged from initial discussions and sketches of a feasible timeframe and technical project progression to full implementation in the areas of SEO, SEA, web design, CMS programming, API connection, web tracking integration, content creation and various interdisciplinary training courses at the customer's premises.
