Focus on content, structure & AI search
As a Content Manager (m/f/d), you will be closely involved in the planning of new websites and their realisation. Especially in the final phase, when the designed and programmed website is filled with content, your flair for structure, design and impact is crucial. You ensure that content is not only visually appealing, but also search engine and GEO-optimised - for maximum visibility in classic search engines and generative systems.
The final step before the go-live is to implement designs through the content in such a way that they unfold their full effect - both for users and for search systems. In doing so, you take into account search intentions, semantic correlations and content structures.
You will also contribute your expertise to the maintenance and further development of existing websites and support online marketing in the creation and optimisation of content. Occasionally you will also work in the print/graphics area, for example with texts or creative claims.
You should have a little bit of everything: You combine a flair for design with technical understanding, think in a structured and conceptual way. In CMS systems such as Wordpress, ProcessWire or Typo3, you use these skills in a targeted manner to realise websites and online shops that are both visually and strategically convincing.
Your tasks as a Content Manager (m/f/d)*
- Participation in the planning of new websites and support of existing websites and online shops
- Carrying out topic and keyword research, taking SEO and GEO potential into account
- Planning and assigning texts, photos and video content to our supplier network
- Some independent creation of individual texts and simple image retouching/editing
- SEO and GEO-compliant input of self-created and supplied content (texts, photos, videos) into our customers' websites and shops
- Optimisation of content for search engines and generative systems (e.g. AI Overviews, ChatGPT)
- Structuring content according to search intentions, topic clusters and semantic contexts
- Support in setting up structured data, internal links and content structures to increase visibility
- Designing and building new websites based on the content you have created within the framework of the previously defined design templates
- Supporting the online marketing and graphics department by supplying creative texts, claims/slogans and ad copy
My ideas were valued and taken seriously right from the start and mistakes were also dealt with fairly and constructively.

Become a Content Manager (m/f/d) in Münster
Content management is a young professional field that combines many aspects from areas such as online marketing, graphic design, editing and project management. Similar to an editor, a content manager takes care of our customers' content on the web. In contrast to a traditional editorial job, however, it is also about the planning, management and strategic direction of this content and only partly about creating it. As a content manager here at our agency in Münster, you also write smaller sections of text yourself, but you outsource larger volumes of text to one of our suppliers. It's your job to plan the scope, brief the suppliers, ensure quality and later integrate the content - along with other associated media - into our clients' websites and online stores.
