Matthias Kampmann, Managing Partner
Matthias Kampmann is responsible for online marketing, strategy, new customer development and performance at DREIKON. His professional focus is on search engine optimisation, performance marketing, lead generation and the strategic integration of marketing, data analysis and automation. He has many years of practical experience in the conception and management of data-driven marketing measures for various industries and business models. His work is characterised by an analytical approach, clear target definitions and continuous optimisation based on measurable key figures. This expertise is complemented by relevant certifications and memberships in the online marketing environment.
Niko Hülsmeier, Managing Partner
Niko Hülsmeier is responsible for development, technical design and system architecture at DREIKON. His focus is on web development, CMS solutions, interfaces, data flows and the technical quality assurance of digital platforms. He has extensive experience in the planning and implementation of complex web and software projects and closely combines technical requirements with functional and user-centred aspects. His expertise includes both front-end and back-end structures as well as the integration of existing systems.
Timo Wormuth, Managing Partner
Timo Wormuth is responsible for accounting, bookkeeping, human resources, sales and CRM at DREIKON. His responsibilities include the commercial management of the agency, the organisation of internal administrative and personnel processes and the structured mapping of sales activities. He works at the interface between HR, marketing, sales and consulting and ensures that enquiries, contacts and opportunities are documented, prioritised and further developed in clear process steps. His work is based on transparency in internal and external communication, clean process management and a consistent and reliable database in the CRM systems used.
