Lea Sandmann is particularly enthusiastic about the combination of strategic thinking, creative communication and the constant developments in digital marketing. She appreciates the challenge of keeping an eye on the big picture while analysing and developing measures, content and processes down to the last detail. She is particularly motivated by the interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues, clients and different departments, the professional exchange and the joint development of holistic marketing strategies in which different perspectives, competences and experiences interact.
Away from the office
Away from the office, Lea Sandmann finds her balance above all in sport and spending time in the mountains. She is also interested in creative design, analogue photography, DIY and the latest developments in digital trends. Animal welfare also plays an important role for her: she volunteers for an animal welfare organisation that helps street dogs.
